• 5% monthly dues are donated to local sports/community development

Please note: ALL other memberships excluding Corporate are considered for personal use and NOT available as a business expense. 

This membership is tax deductible for ANY business as this facility will be utilized as a team-building space, employee wellness and client entertainment. This is NOT considered “club dues” under IRC Section 274(a)(3), but rather a facility rental that is 100% tax deduction/business expense under IRC Section 162.
