• Access to facility for up to 6 hours/monthly

• Sim time after the 6 hours monthly will be charged at hourly basis of $35/hr Monday-Thursday and $45/hr Friday-Sunday bookings. Up to 4 players total per Sim per Hour.

• Sim time after the 8 hours monthly will be charged at hourly basis of $35/hr ANYday of the week including weekends. Up to 4 players total per Sim per Hour. 

• Access to simulator bays for up to 10 hours/month
• 5% monthly dues are donated to local sports/community development
• MUST own business to take advantage of this membership
• Priority booking up to 14 days in advance. 24/7 access.
• Only membership that allows booking  of both bays simultaneously (creating a private-play environment)

• Guest access (included- up to 4 employees or guests per sim per hour)

Please note: ALL other memberships excluding Corporate are considered for personal use and NOT available as a business expense. 

This membership is tax deductible for ANY business as this facility will be utilized as a team-building space, employee wellness and client entertainment. This is NOT considered “club dues” under IRC Section 274(a)(3), but rather a facility rental that is 100% tax deduction/business expense under IRC Section 162. Please consult your tax professional prior to purchase.
